If you are looking for truly unique chocolate gifts our custom shapes might be the perfect fit for you. Choose a size that works for your project & budget and we will cut out a custom object and engrave the front with your logo or message. This specific product can be any shape up to 4 inches long and wide, poured in your choice of decadent Belgian dark or milk chocolate.

Step 1: The right shape

Creating custom chocolate shapes is an intricate process and there are a few things to look out for. All chocolate pieces are created from a custom mold, which in turn is created from a PDF vector file. If you already have a PDF file of the object or shape that you are looking to create - that's a great start. If not, please reach out to us through the contact form and our graphics department can assist you in drawing the proper file for your project. 

Please note:

• All parts of the shape must be connected (i.g. no free-standing characters)
• Avoid sharp corners and indentations
• All four sides of your shape should touch the inside of the box to avoid shaking and breakage
• All pieces are 0.25" thick and only one side of the shape can be engraved (no 3D figures)
• Additional lines within the custom shape are a great way to add detail and bring your piece to life

Our art department will check your files and assist you to make sure there won't be any unexpected surprises. 

Step 2: Packaging Options

You can choose from the following two options:

• A 4"x4" gift box with clear vinyl lid. This option is included in the standard pricing listed above.
• You can also upgrade to a gift box with a solid lid and custom-printed belly band. The lids are available in quilted black, quilted kraft, white, metallic gold, metallic silver, and metallic red
