Q: Can I have one chocolate bar instead of three chocolate rectangles?
- Unfortunately we cannot substiture the three chocolates for one larger bar.
Q: What exactly can I customize for this products?
- The short answer is: Everything. The three chocolate rectangles will have your artwork engraved. The envelope that holds the three chocolates is also custom-printed with you your artwork and last but not least, the card that holds the envelope is also personalized with your artwork (four sections total, similar to a magazine cover).
Q: What percent cacao percentage are these chocolate bars?
- The robust Belgian dark chocolate contains 60% cacao and the smooth Belgian milk bars used for this product contains 38% cacao.
Q: Can I mix milk and dark chocolate for the three chocolate rectangles?
- No, for this item all chocolate have to be either milk or dark chocolate and they cannot be mixed inside the envelope. However, we if you order over 200 items, you can get 100 items entirely with milk chocolate and the other half in dark chocolate
Q: Would I pay the setup fee for future reorders?
- No, the setup fee is a one-time fee for your logo/art on this product. Unless the design changes, setup fees will not be charged for re-orders.
Q: What countries do you ship to?
- We ship to USA, Canada, and United Kingdom year-round. We may be able to ship to more countries depending on the temperatures and import regulations. Please submit an inquiry for more info.
Q: What foil options are available for this item?
- This product is only available with gold foil.
