This is the new Chocomize chat assistant — now with our own chat window (no more Voiceflow widget). Click the brown chat bubble in the bottom-right corner.

Things to try:

• Ask for gift ideas by occasion, budget, and quantity
• Ask about a specific product — pricing, minimums, setup fees, options
• Say "I want to talk to a human" — during business hours this opens a live chat in #website-chats (reply in the Slack thread; type /done to end)
• Check that product links go to the right pages

Setup note: this page needs the "Coco Chat Proxy" n8n workflow imported and ACTIVE. Until then the bot will show a friendly error with the team's contact details. Ignore the blue SalesIQ bubble.
