Standard lead time is 5–10 business days from proof approval. That said, we always recommend building in extra time — the best client gifts come together when there's room to review proofs carefully and land the delivery exactly when you want it. Rush production is available on select products, so let us know your deadline and we'll tell you what's possible.

We primarily ship within the USA and Canada. Because our products are temperature-sensitive and international freight costs can be steep, shipping outside North America isn't something we offer as standard — but we're happy to look into it on a case-by-case basis. Reach out with your destination and timeline and we'll let you know what's possible. Any customs or import duties are billed at landed cost.
All of our chocolate is made in food-safety certified production facilities held to the highest standards. Our products may contain traces of nuts or peanuts. If you have dietary questions about a specific item, reach out and we'll share full ingredient details.
Once your design is on file, reorders are a one-email confirmation. Your specialist can pull last year's specs and adjust the milestone number, quantity, or message.
Damaged or off-spec items are replaced at no charge, full stop. We pre-photograph every order before shipment so claims are settled quickly.
